Laurence E. Stuart

Larry is Board Certified in Labor and Employment Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.  He represents clients in lawsuits involving all types of employment issues, including discrimination, harassment, whistleblower, retaliation, and trade secret and non-compete cases.  He represents employers in union avoidance efforts, labor negotiations, and litigation and arbitration of union disputes.  Larry advises clients regarding overtime, family and medical leave, drug testing and other employment issues, and he negotiates and reviews executive employment and separation agreements.  He also assists clients with investigation of alleged unlawful employment practices and code of conduct violations and training management regarding employment law issues.  He was previously a partner in the Houston office of Baker & McKenzie and Co-Director of the labor and employment law practice at Legge Farrow.
