The study of organizational behavior examines the behavioral aspects of management and leadership.  The courses we offer focus on how phenomena including power and influence, norms and values, and incentives and rewards shape individual and group behavior in organizations.  Our classes are designed to help you develop an enhanced ability to interpret the work experiences you have accrued and sharpen your ability to make effective decisions, motivate and lead subordinates, and understand the processes underlying human interaction in organizations.  Our instructors are active researchers in this field and enjoy sharing their findings with the students they instruct.
