Aaron Roffwarg is the head of the law firm of Bracewell & Giuliani’s Real Estate and Infrastructure practice and represents and counsels clients in transactions that involve all aspects of real estate and construction. Specifically, Mr. Roffwarg has extensive experience related to real estate leasing, acquisitions, and divestitures related to the energy industry, including power plants (including wind, solar and transmission projects), refineries, midstream oil & gas assets (including pipelines and terminals) and complex lease financing structures. Recent transactions include: office building development projects for Phillips 66, Devon Energy and Apache Corporation, campus development projects for British Petroleum and the Texas Medical Center, and several pipeline acquisition projects for Kinder Morgan, Inc., Delek and other energy companies.
